ABOUT MYSELF

I have graduated from the University of Derby where I studied Sport and Exercise Science Bsc. I have also recently completed my MSc at Loughborough University studying Strength and Conditioning.

I am a keen athlete and have an interest in the injury and rehabilitation sector of sport. This led me to complete a Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage. I also have a Level 2 qualification in Sports First Aid.
